This document applies only to the Sayı Rotası game.
By downloading or using Sayı Rotası, you agree to these terms. Current game features operate on the device; the game contains no user account, server or cloud synchronization operated by Avelas Studio, advertising, in-app purchases, or subscriptions.
Important: When you press Reset Data under Profile → Settings and then confirm the destructive-action warning, progress, medals, streaks, profile, challenge history, and all other local data kept by the App are deleted permanently and irreversibly. Uninstalling the App also deletes local App data from the device on both iOS and Android.
Sayı Rotası is an arithmetic route puzzle with a Turkish-language interface. The objective is to build a route between number cells to reach the displayed mathematical target. The game contains nine modes and 4×4, 6×6, and 8×8 boards; endless progression continues after a 72-level campaign.
Daily and weekly puzzles are generated on the device according to the device's UTC date calculation. They are not an online competition. Scores, PAR, medals, free play after three committed attempts, and one hint per run are only game mechanics; they have no monetary or transferable value.
The app offers no online features; game data is not sent to Avelas Studio. It has no advertising, in-app purchases, subscriptions, virtual currency, sweepstakes, or real-world prizes.
The Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Support and Contact links under Profile → Settings open the relevant webpages in your device's system browser; the installed App version is also shown on that screen. The App does not make its own network or API request for these pages. The email link on the support page prepares only the subject line; it does not attach logs, device information, or game data.
You must have the legal capacity required by applicable law to accept these terms on your own behalf. If you do not have that capacity, use the app only with the permission and supervision of your parent or legal guardian to the extent required.
These terms do not set a specific age threshold. The app does not ask for age or date of birth and does not contain an age gate. The age rating shown in the store is determined separately under the relevant app store's system and regional rules.
Sayı Rotası has no user accounts. Registration, sign-in, and authentication are not required. There is no server, remote database, or cloud synchronization operated by Avelas Studio.
Your progress; score, PAR, and medal records; daily and weekly history; nickname, avatar, and gameplay preferences are kept in the app's local storage. The app does not send this information to Avelas Studio or to other users.
The Profile → Settings → Reset Data flow has two steps: first press the button, then confirm the destructive-action warning. After confirmation, progress; score, PAR, and medal records; daily and weekly streaks and challenge history; nickname, avatar, preferences, and all other local data kept by the App are deleted permanently and cannot be recovered.
The App disables Android Auto Backup through its allowBackup=false configuration. Game data is not backed up to Google infrastructure or automatically transferred to a new device; uninstalling the App deletes local data from the device on both iOS and Android. The App offers no other backup or cross-device synchronization service operated by Avelas Studio.
Your optional nickname and the avatar you select from 24 presets are visible only in your profile on your own device. Your daily and weekly runs are kept only on your device in the “Challenge Karnesi” (Challenge Record) on the Profile screen and are not shown to other users.
The leaderboard is disabled and marked “Yakında” (“Coming Soon”) in this version; no active or shared ranking is offered. A shared ranking will be added later and announced separately when it becomes available. The app currently contains no multiplayer gameplay, chat, friends, invitations, clubs, user-generated content, social features, result sharing, notifications, or an area containing content visible to other users. It therefore has no process for reporting or blocking other users.
Use Sayı Rotası only in accordance with the law and these terms. In particular:
The name, original visual design, code, text, and other creative elements of Sayı Rotası belong to Boran Güngör (Avelas Studio) or their respective rights holders to the extent protected by applicable law. Third-party and open-source components are subject to their own licenses.
Subject to these terms and the app store's rules, you receive only a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the app for personal purposes. This right does not transfer ownership of the app or its content to you.
We aim to keep the app usable and accessible, but complete compatibility with every device, operating system version, configuration, or individual need is not guaranteed. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email boran@avelasstudio.com.
Board structures, puzzle generation, modes, the campaign, the daily and weekly arrangement, scoring, PAR, medals, attempts, hints, and other features may be changed, added, or removed through app updates. An update may be necessary for the app to continue operating or to remain compatible with a new operating system.
It is not guaranteed that every version of the app will be offered or supported indefinitely. Your rights to conformity, remedies, and other protections under mandatory consumer law remain reserved.
The app is provided “as is.” It is not guaranteed to operate without interruption or error, that every puzzle or score calculation will meet your expectations in every circumstance, or that data on the device will never be lost.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Avelas Studio is not liable for data loss or indirect damages arising from device failure, an operating-system action, confirmation of the Reset Data operation, removal of the App, an update, or a change to the device date.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under mandatory consumer law or any liability that cannot legally be limited. In the event of a conflict, mandatory rules of law apply.
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the app, store requirements, or applicable rules. The current text will be published on this webpage with a new date and version number.
Unless mandatory law requires a different notice or effective period, changes take effect on the date they are published. If you do not accept the updated terms, you may stop using and remove the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, your rights to benefit from the mandatory protective provisions of the place where you are located and to apply to the competent authorities and courts remain reserved.
