Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 23, 2026 · Version 1.2

This document applies only to the Sayı Rotası game.

This Privacy Policy explains how data is processed when you use the Sayı Rotası mobile application (the “App”), developed for iOS and Android, and the web, support, and early-access pages related to Sayı Rotası. It has been prepared with regard to the disclosure obligation under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”) and relevant transparency requirements.

In short: The App's current code does not send your game or profile data to Avelas Studio servers and does not make API or other network requests on its own. There is no account, online sync, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, tracking, or remote notification. Progress, your optional nickname and avatar, game preferences, and local history are kept in a single record on your device. From Profile → Settings, you may permanently reset this data, open fixed legal and support links in the system browser, or open a support-email draft in the system email app. User-initiated web and email activities and app-store processing are separate from the App's local game-data flow.

1.Data controller

Sayı Rotası is developed and published by Boran Güngör under the Avelas Studio brand. Under Law No. 6698, Boran Güngör, the developer and operator of the App, is the data controller (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2.Scope and operating model

The App's current functions operate on the device. Puzzles are generated on the device; gameplay, progress, profile, statistics, and preferences are processed in local storage allocated to the App. The App's code does not send this data to Avelas Studio or any other server.

The current version has no account, sign-in, registration, server, cloud sync, multiplayer area, or content visible to other users. The leaderboard is disabled in this version and shown as “Yakında” (“Coming Soon”); a shared ranking will be added in the future. Your daily and weekly runs are kept only on your device in Challenge Karnesi (Challenge Record) on the Profile screen.

The Settings screen, opened from the Profile screen, contains fixed links to the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Support, a Reset Data control, and the installed App version. Legal and support links open the system browser only when you tap them. The App does not make its own API or network request in doing so and adds no user or device identifier, query parameter, or referrer information to the fixed addresses.

The support-email link opens a draft in the system email app only when you tap it. Platform-backup behavior is explained in Section 4.3, and local-data deletion in Section 11.

3.Local data processed on the device

3.1 One local record

Persistent data is stored in the area allocated to the App on your device, using AsyncStorage under the single key sayi-rotasi-progress. The record contains the following 18 fields:

3.2 Optional nickname and avatar

On the profile screen, you may enter an optional nickname of 2–16 characters and select one of the preset avatars. They do not create an account, are not used to verify identity, and are not shown to other users. Only you see them on your own device; Avelas Studio cannot access them remotely.

3.3 Game history and Challenge Karnesi (Challenge Record)

Each completed daily or weekly run may contain the scope and UTC period key, puzzle and mode identifiers, score, solve time, number of visited cells, PAR, medal, solving attempt, the winning route coordinates on the game board, target number, hint use, and number of incorrect submissions. Route coordinates are not real-world location data; they identify only cells on the game board.

History is pruned automatically to retain up to 90 result records for the daily scope and up to 90 result records for the weekly scope. This is a record-count limit for each scope, not a fixed calendar-based retention period. Replaying the same period does not add another row; a better result updates the existing record. During pruning, the all-time best run for the relevant scope is retained. Best-medal, local-PAR, and best-streak values are also kept in separate local fields. These records make up Challenge Karnesi (Challenge Record) on the Profile screen; they are not sent to the leaderboard, which is disabled in this version, or to a shared ranking.

3.4 Temporary game data

The current puzzle, route being drawn, elapsed time, attempt state, and temporary details of the last run are held in working memory; they are excluded from the persistent record and disappear when the App closes.

4.Separate processing outside the App

The following activities are separate from the local game record and the App's runtime data flow.

4.1 In-App support and website support or early-access email

If you select the support-email link in the App, a draft opens in the system email app. The recipient is boran@avelasstudio.com; as to content, only the subject “Sayı Rotası — Destek” is prefilled. The App adds no log, device model, progress or other game data, message body, or attachment to the draft. Selecting a support or early-access email link on the Avelas Studio website also opens a draft in your email app. In every case, you may edit the draft, decline to send it, or remove content and attachments you selected before sending.

If you send the email, we receive your sender address, the message you write, files you choose to attach, and email header information. The recipient address operates through Google Workspace/Gmail infrastructure. We recommend that you do not send identity documents, payment information, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information.

4.2 Web pages and Hostinger access logs

When you visit a legal, support, or early-access page in your browser through a fixed link in the App or by another route, the Hostinger hosting service may process standard access logs such as your IP address, date and time, requested page, and browser or device user agent to deliver the content, secure the service, and troubleshoot technical issues. The App adds no user or device identifier, query parameter, or referrer information to the fixed address it opens. No behavioral-analytics or advertising-tracking code has been added to this document page.

4.3 Device-backup behavior

The App disables Android Auto Backup with allowBackup=false. Game data is not backed up to Google infrastructure or automatically transferred to a new device; uninstalling the App deletes the data on both platforms. On iOS, the current default behavior of the AsyncStorage library used by the App keeps App data outside iCloud/iTunes backup. Avelas Studio provides no separate central backup for this data on either platform.

4.4 App stores and the operating system

Apple and Google may process data relating to finding, downloading, installing, and updating the App, your store account, and any store transaction under their own terms and privacy policies. This platform processing is separate from the App's local game record. The App's code does not receive your full payment-card or store-account details.

5.Processing the App does not perform

6.Purposes, collection method, and legal bases

6.1 Purposes of processing

6.2 Collection method

Local data is generated electronically and directly on your device as you use the App, complete a puzzle, select a nickname or avatar, or change your input-mode preference. There is no form, SDK, API, or automatic network channel that transmits this data to Avelas Studio.

Separate data reaches Avelas Studio by email if you choose to send an email through the App or website, or through Hostinger's standard server logs if you open a fixed link in the system browser or visit the web page by another route. The App adds no user or device identifier, query parameter, or referrer information to the links. Store and operating-system data is processed by the relevant platform as part of its own service.

6.3 Legal bases

To the extent processing is attributable to us, we rely on the following legal bases under Article 5(2) of Law No. 6698:

We do not carry out any App data processing based on explicit consent. This Policy does not assume that you agree to send an email or use another service; whether to initiate the relevant action is your choice.

7.Recipients and service providers

There is no Avelas Studio server or third-party SDK that automatically receives game and profile data stored by the App on your device. The following parties may process data in separate activities:

Processing conducted independently by these parties may be governed by their own privacy terms. No platform service gives Avelas Studio remote access to the game record on your device.

8.Processing outside Türkiye

The App's code does not transfer game or profile data on the device to an Avelas Studio server in Türkiye or abroad.

Google Workspace/Gmail, Hostinger, and Apple or Google app-store and operating-system services may use global infrastructure. Consequently, opening a legal or support page in the system browser, sending an email, or interacting with an app store may result in the relevant data being processed outside Türkiye. The location and scope of processing depend on the service you use, your account and device settings, and the provider's current terms. Where an international transfer is attributable to us, Article 9 of Law No. 6698 and the relevant transfer rules apply.

9.Retention periods

10.Your rights and requests

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the rights to learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used consistently with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction when the applicable conditions are met and notification of those operations to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result arising against you through analysis exclusively by automated systems; and request compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Because App data that remains on your device does not reach Avelas Studio and is not remotely accessible to us, we cannot view, correct, or erase that record on your behalf. You may change your nickname and avatar on the profile screen and your input-mode preference on the game screen, and erase all local data through Profile → Settings → Reset Data. Details are provided in Section 11.

You may send requests regarding emails or web processing that reaches us to boran@avelasstudio.com. We may request identity or authority verification that is necessary and proportionate to respond securely. As a rule, requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest. Where the relevant conditions are met, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.

You may need to direct requests concerning Apple’s or Google’s independent app-store and operating-system processing to the relevant provider.

11.Data deletion

11.1 Local App data

You may erase all local data within the App through Profile → Settings → Reset Data. This two-step flow requires you first to tap the Reset Data button and then confirm the operation in a destructive confirmation dialog; the first tap alone does not erase data. Once confirmed, the operation is permanent and cannot be undone.

Reset Data returns all progress, scores, medals, PAR values, daily and weekly streaks, nickname and avatar, challenge history, tutorial state, input-mode preference, and other local preferences to their fresh-install state. This clears the user data in the persistent sayi-rotasi-progress record.

Alternatively, uninstalling the App erases the App data area and local record on both iOS and Android. Platform-backup behavior is explained in Section 4.3.

11.2 Data in separate services

Reset Data or uninstalling the App does not erase an email you previously sent, Hostinger access logs, or app-store platform data. For emails that reach us and web processing attributable to us, contact boran@avelasstudio.com; for independent platform data, contact the relevant provider.

12.Age and children's privacy

The App does not ask for age or date of birth and contains no age gate or parental-consent flow. This Policy does not set a minimum age for use.

Although the optional nickname appears only on the device, we recommend not entering a real name, contact details, identity information, sensitive information, or information about another person in that field. If a child or guardian chooses to send an email through the App or website, the separate email and web processing is governed by the relevant sections of this Policy. A child-privacy request may be sent to boran@avelasstudio.com.

13.Data security

Game, profile, and preference data is stored in the local area allocated to the App by the operating system; the App's code does not send it to Avelas Studio over a network. Your device lock, operating-system security updates, and people with access to your device may affect the security of local data. Reset Data clears user data on the device and does not transmit it to any server.

Email and web processing is also subject to the safeguards of the relevant service providers. We recommend reviewing email content and attachments before sending and avoiding unnecessary personal or sensitive information in the nickname or message field. You may report a security matter to boran@avelasstudio.com.

14.Tracking and automated decisions

The App has no advertising tracking, cross-app monitoring, marketing profile, or third-party behavioral analytics. It creates no advertising identifier or persistent user or installation identifier.

Scores, medals, PAR, streaks, progress, and the game records shown in Challenge Karnesi (Challenge Record) are calculated on the device solely under the game rules. These calculations are not intended to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

15.Changes to this Policy

This Policy is updated if the App's operation, local-data schema, backup settings, or separate service flows change. If an account, server, online sync, analytics, advertising, tracking, remote notification, or a new data recipient is added, the Policy and app-store disclosures will be reviewed before the relevant feature is made available. The current date and document version appear at the top of this page.

16.Contact

For privacy, security, data access, correction, or deletion requests: boran@avelasstudio.com

For general support information, visit our Support and Contact page. In the App, the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Support links under Profile → Settings open the relevant fixed page in the system browser; the support-email link opens a draft in the system email app only when you select it.
